easy-load Spring Hinge Safety Latch prevents lid from coming down while you are loading kiln.

No support bars on the side are necessary - makes kiln accessible from ALL sides for EASY loading. This hinge allows you to load the kiln without a heavy lid (50 pounds) hanging over your head.	Spring assist makes lifting the heavy lid easier. Made from corrosion resistant galvannealed steel. Hinge body ties all the kiln sections together for a solid sturdy kiln - better than latches.

L & L VENT-SURE
KILN VENT
The L&L VentSure is a direct venting system that draws fumes from the firing chamber and vents them directly outdoors. The vent blower motor is mounted on the wall to keep it away from the heat of the kiln. The blower motor features a 6 foot long power cord with an in-line On/Off switch. The blower is rated at 130 CFM (cubic feet per minute). A bypass/collection box adjusts the amount of venting from the system to accommodate any size kiln up to 20 cubic feet. It is possible to hook up 2 vents to 1 kiln if necessary. The VentSure comes complete with 15 Ft of 3” diameter flexible aluminum duct and all parts necessary to exit the building. The VentSure runs on standard 120-volt power and draws 1.37 amps.
